Pursuing Graduation or Post-graduation from any field. Each team shall consist of two speakers. One for the motion and another against the motion. A maximum of two teams from any university/institute can participate.

The Mediation-Arbitration Competition, now in its 4th edition, focuses on developing the future members of the Indian legal fraternity and instilling efficient dispute resolution methods. The past three editions of National Med-Arb Competition have witnessed us successfully hosting national- level mediation and arbitration competitions
The 4th National Med-Arb Competition is the Fourth edition of the flagship event of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board, School of Law. The aim is to create a platform for like- minded individuals interested in Alternative Dispute Resolution to indulge in an intellectual and thought-provoking competitive simulation of Mediation and Arbitration. The competitions will be held from the 19th of January to the 21st of January 2024. The brochure holds detailed information regarding the competition.
3rd LI National Mediation Competition 2023 is an online competition organized by LawInternships (The Online Law School). We had it’s 1st and 2nd chapter in the year 2020 and 2022 respectively with the vision to promote process of mediation to the young minds. With mediation gaining traction as an effective and efficient means of alternative dispute resolution, with the same inspiration LawInternships (The Online Law School) continuing the third chapter of National Mediation Competition. This competition will be conducted virtually allowing the students to hone their advocacy skills with respect to mediation. This Competition will provide an opportunity to the participants to develop the requisite skills for a dynamic process of Mediation. The competition invites participation either in team or as an individual.
