Since 2019 CADRE ODR has been at the forefront of democratising dispute resolution and using technology to make it easier for individuals and corporations to use Online Dispute Resolution (ODR).

• Sama helps solve a variety of disputes quickly and effectively. We believe that when there is space for people to be heard and to explore creative solutions then disputes can be resolved quickly and effectively. Sama seeks to create these spaces through its use of technology, proven techniques and a new generation of skilled professionals capable of using those techniques.

• We help both sides come to an agreement with the help of a conciliator. The conciliator is an expert who plays a neutral role and assists both parties in reaching a satisfactory agreement. The whole process is online and usually just takes a few days to a week to complete.

• Equa.Law provides best Online platform for dispute resolution mechanism. 

• Equa.Law conduct Classes, Workshop, Seminars, Conferences etc. to provide training in Alternate Dispute Resolution mechanism and related matters and to Award Diplomas, Certificates and other academic affiliations. It has entered into various MOUs and Partnership Agreements with the various International Organizations working in the domain of ADR and Mediation. Various International Mediators are members of Equa Advisory Council. It constitute a panel of eminent person from different fields from India and Abroad to sit as arbitrator, mediator and/or conciliator for the purpose of facilitating Online Dispute Resolution in India.
